Free to play. Write to me for everything else.

You never have to write to me to use the music: it is free to play anywhere, as long as it comes from an official platform. Write to me for the good stuff instead — collaborations, remixes, custom-length sets, a piece written for your room, press, or just to tell me where you played it. No agency, no publisher, usually a reply within a couple of days.

You do not need to write for this

Playing it at work

Treatment rooms, lobbies, corridors, bars, shops, waiting areas. Put it on, keep it on, no permission needed — just play it from an official platform.

Videos, podcasts & streams

Use it as a bed, a cue or a full track. A credit is welcome, never required. Same rule: official platform, or a copy you bought.

What is worth writing for

Something written for you: a piece for a specific room, brand or film, or a set cut to the exact length of your treatments. Plus remixes, collaborations and DJ promos.

Elsewhere

New videos and full-length sets go up on YouTube — subscribing there is the second-best thing you can do after Spotify.

No permission needed

Use it. Wherever you like.

I do not send invoices and I do not ask anyone to fill in a form. Play my music in your treatment room, your salon, your bar, your yoga class, your video, your podcast, your live stream. The only thing I ask is that it comes from an official platform — stream it on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, YouTube Music or Tidal, or buy it on iTunes or Amazon Music. That is how the catalogue keeps growing, and it is all the payment I want.

  • No permission requests. As far as I am concerned, it is yours to play.
  • No cost. Streaming is free; buying it is optional and appreciated.
  • Credit is welcome, not required. A tag or a link helps more than you think.
  • Just keep it official — every play on a real platform counts, ripped files count for nothing.

In plain words

What you can do with this music.

Do I need to ask before playing your music in my business?
No. Play it in your spa, salon, hotel, bar, shop, studio or waiting room, for as long as you like. The only thing I ask is that it comes from an official platform — Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, YouTube Music, Tidal — or from a copy you bought on iTunes or Amazon Music. There is no form and no fee, and nobody you need to hear back from before you press play.
Can I use a track in my video, podcast or livestream?
Yes. Use it. A credit or a link to locuoriorecords.com is welcome and helps more than you would think, but it is not a condition. Play it from an official platform and we are good.
Why does the platform matter?
Because that is the whole payment. A play on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music or Amazon Music, or a purchase on iTunes, is what funds the next volume. A ripped file gives me nothing and gives you worse audio. Same music, one is simply better for both of us.
Can you write something specifically for me?
Yes — that part still goes through me. Original pieces for a room, a brand, a film or a product, and sets cut to the exact length of your treatments. Describe the space, the length and the feeling you want people to leave with, and I will come back with an approach.
Do you take remixes and collaborations?
Always. Send me what you are working on. I answer my own email, so it goes straight to me rather than into an agency queue.
Are you on the usual platforms?
All of them. Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, YouTube Music, Tidal, and the YouTube channel for the long-form videos. The single link hypeddit.com/locuorio opens the catalogue on whichever one you already use.

Free & takes one second

While you are here.

Following on Spotify costs nothing and is the fastest way to support an independent catalogue. New work goes out there first.

Videos, full-length sets and visualisers go up on YouTube — subscribing there costs nothing either.
